   We have worked with Rent Right, both as a client and as a service provider for 5 years(give or take). They are clearly the best, stress free, no nonsense property management company I have ever dealt with, (working as a maintenance electrician for 10+ companies over last 13 years) Professional, realistic, best for all parties. If you want to deal with great, competent people, avoid the game playing "4.9%" companies and get a real team of property managers to look after you!

Tereza's warm and friendly personality makes her very approachable, nothing is ever a problem and gets any concerns managed in a timely manner and with ease. The team at Rent Right are lovely, helpful and great communicators. I would highly recommend their services to renters and landlords looking for property managers. :-)

   Cannot recommend Rent Right highly enough. So happy I placed my rental property in their hands some years ago. Nothing is a problem, always extremely responsive. Very happy with tenancy turnaround when a lease period ends. They have found me some great tenants. Reporting, inspections etc. always handed well and in the required timeframes. Honestly they make the process for me as a landlord residing in Australia extremely easy. Very happy client.
