    Very welcoming, because we agreed. To swop room we were upgraded to a very lovely 1 bedroom app, bed was super comfy, so was l The lounge area Definitely would highly recommend (would have loved a dip in the pool but sadly forgot my cozie)

    Perfectly met our needs for a week long stay. Spacious room, lovely decor, very clean and bathroom has a heater for those chilly ChCh mornings. Kitchenette was perfect for breakfast and light meals. Friendly staff.

    3 star standard. A few hairs in the bathroom. We didn’t appreciate arriving in the room to find an unattended candle burning. For me this raised questions as to the fire safety knowledge and standard of the motel management.

    Number 1 hosts in the country and I’ve travelled around a lot! When I arrived my room was warm and clean and the lamps had been turned on for me. I stayed 2 nights and the room service was the best I’ve encountered. The owners were so kind and welcoming, Tuscana is exceptional in every way.

    Perfect stay at a perfect price. Rooms and linen are very clean. Hospitable and friendly service with a smile. Close to the centre and very easy walk to the CBD. Facilities are clean and there are no maintenance issues. Kitchenette is perfect for what we needed. All the sports channels on the TV and the bed was very comfy. The guide to the area that was left in the room was incredibly helpful. Very quiet too! Thank you Toscana and we look forward to coming back one day!
