   306 is an amazing place to stay. Super friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were very spacious and cleaned to perfection. The shower was nice and hot. The bed and linen was very comfortable. The price is very reasonable for how really nice 306 is. Thank you for making us feel welcome. Oh and little to no road noise either. Slept very well.

   I cannot recommend 306 Riccarton Hotel enough! From the moment we arrived, the hosts made us feel so welcome with their warm hospitality, always going above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Their friendliness and willingness to help at all times truly made a difference. The price was affordable, and we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the rooms. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we hardly heard any road noise. The rooms were spotlessly clean and well-maintained, with everything we could possibly need—and then some! The location is ideal, within walking distance to nearby shops etc so everything was super convenient. We’ll absolutely be returning to 306 Riccarton Hotel next time we’re in Christchurch. Thank you again to Carol and Phil!

   Sally was amazing and so helpful accommodating our large family group for a special occasion. Nothing was too much trouble, the rooms are fantastic and are so clean and comfortable and have everything you need. Love the close proximity to Bush Inn so you can walk down and and have dinner, lunch etc and it is a 5 minute from our daughter's flat! This is our third time staying here and we will definitely be back. Myself and the rest of my family would like to say a big thank you to Sally and her team for making us feel so welcome! Karyn

   My family of 4 stayed 5 nights with Sally and Stuart in a 2 bedroom apartment. Our hosts were friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The apartment was spotlessly clean, very well appointed , spacious and quiet. The location is within a 2 minute walk of a supermarket and restaurants. We will definitely stay with Sally and Stuart again.
