   The Grange is a quaint earthquake-survivor, on the tram route (a must-do) and an easy walk to all the main attractions of the city centre. Our room, at the front, was smaller than average, but had everything we needed. Our hosts were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was limited in range (continental was cereals, yogurt and fruit juice) but the hot options were good quality and well cooked, with as much toast as you like and well-made coffees (many options here). Thank you for a good two-night stay in beautiful Christchurch.

   We stay at Grange Boutique for one night when we just arrived to Christchurch. The rooms were spacious, clean bathroom, really warm (we arrived in September), great breakfast, and the hosts were just lovely and friendly! I’d highly recommend this B&B :)

   Kimberly & her husband were phenomenal hosts! We loved our stays! The room was clean & had everything we needed. Very accommodating for breakfast! Would recommend to anyone looking for a cute stay in Christchurch! A short walk to restaurants and downtown area!

   Conveniently walkable to all of downtown Christchurch. Breakfast is ample and cheerfully presented - a continental breakfast was left in my room overnight when I had to leave early in the morning.

   We have been staying at the grange for years on our frequent stays in the city and it never ceases to disappoint. Lovely heritage building 5 mins walk from the main entertainment precinct yet still quiet and peaceful. Lovely comfortable rooms and excellent service. Our go-to for stays in Christchurch.

   The people were nice and the location was great! Shower had decent pressure and the ground floor units at the back has everything you might need to whip up a simple meal! IMO as of this writing, the biggest downside is that the beds needs replacing. Springs are uneven, the head board has collected plenty of dust , and we woke up with aches everyday, which is especially bad if you’re trying to do a hike that day lol. I’ve stayed here 5 years ago and it was great, so I can imagine with the beds swapped out it would be prefect!
