   I was extremely impressed by Linda's professional and friendly approach. From.our first meeting I felt at ease and confident. My property was rented so I had to give the tenants notice which gave me time to begin preparing for the pre auction reports and servicing. Linda took me through the whole process and I quickly realised that investing in top marketing and staging would get the best result. I was confident that I had the best real estate agent. The property was only on the market for three weeks as Linda worked hard with open days and weekly reports to me on who attended and how she followed up. Linda requested the EQC and LIM reports and information and once the property was vacant I organised the reports Linda recommended to make the auction process as efficient as possible. I understood the importance of investing in being well prepared thanks to Linda's incredible advice and support.The property was only on the market for three weeks and sold for a very good price at the auction. Linda organised a meeting with the auctioneer Craig Prier at the property the day before the auction. That was really reassuring as Craig went through the process. Linda had already showed me an online auction so I knew how it would go. I felt totally supported every step of the way and am extremely grateful to Linda and Craig for their professionalism and kindness.I can't say enough about the fantastic support Linda gave me. I am recommending her to anyone who tells me they are considering selling a property. After the auction on the same day I received a beautiful bunch of flowers with a message from Linda which was lovely.

   We recently purchased a property through Arthur Morten and was given incredibly good service. He was organised, always answered calls and the vast array of questions we had as first home buyers. It was really refreshing going into an open home and having a real estate agent talk us through the process of buying a home and withdrawing from kiwisaver with us rather than purely just trying to sell the property.
