“We came to the Christchurch airport Bunnings store after having abysmal service (ie none) at the Tower Junction store. The service at the airport branch was really good, very helpful and attentive and we were able to find everything we needed. After purchasing a number of very large items for our outdoor lounge furniture, a young man helped my husband load the items onto the roof of our car and stayed to check everything was ok. We were impressed with the service here and would choose this store over others which are closer to us.”

“Great venue, delicious food. Service not the best as it was too busy and wait staff don’t look up when walking around to see if they could help anyone. Took us ages to place an order so eventually I went and asked if I could place an order. 55 minutes later the food arrived. We were offered 2 drinks as an apology without requesting anything. We did make a booking and recommend you book as restaurant was full for Sunday lunch. We were not in a rush so all was good.”

“Nice Club this one. Stopped here for lunch and was served up a great meal at very generous prices. They have all the facilities with pool and snooker plus a great gaming room. Just note it is a chartered club so you need to be signed in by a member or an affiliate from another club. Car parking is out front with HWMC on each park. “Here there after seeing the name on Google Maps and liked the description! The actual experience was much much better. We were able to choose a quieter room but still full of colour like the rest. My food choice had avocado in it with peas - absolutely yummy. The wine was ambrosial! Servings are not huge which we appreciated but the flavours and textures were just succulent!”

“Right near the airport, this place offers great coffee, amazing food, a great selection of cabinet food, and (perhaps the best part) a cozy fireplace to curl up near.
