Best thing that ever happened after 40 odd years... new owners!!! Great spot... good to return after all this time!!
Typical small pup feel, a good group using the outdoor space. Food was fantastic I had the classic cheese and it was well yum. A nice tidy place.
Love the new look, spacious courtyard and cosy bar. Great atmosphere with live music often playing. Service is always second to none. Would reccomend to anyone.
We’ve become regulars since trying this place for the first time, just after reopening. They offer great value for money, food is actually tasty, portions are well served, I honestly can’t complain about anything. Service is second to none and nothing is a bother for them. Come and show them some support, it will be worth it.
Lovely warm bar with multiple TVs! Tim at the bar was very chatty and friendly and they allow you to camp in the car park! Plus Snooty the puppy stole my heart.
Decent enough pub with good service. Bit of a leak happening while we were there - hope it got sorted! It was quite quiet while we were there (end of june), and no one else freedom camping seemed to want to chat
Stayed there a long time on the campground. So nice staff! Jackie is the best!! Played billard and cards there a lot!
Great, very good now that it is under new management, a pity the kitchen is not open for the restaurant, awesome staff, always willing to help.
A good Irish bar. Older styled with a nice atmosphere. Just a point to note they charge a surcharge on electronic transactions. Whether you agree or not its expected that you have to pay. They have hot beef pies anda nice room temperature.
