   It is so sad when witnessing a lady got treated so badly in the shop. She went to ask for the price of lemongrass then one of staff helped her already then another staff in black uniform came to talked to her. Then the staff in black uniform looked at her basket and asked the lady if she wanted more of that products. That young lady pointed to the shelves over the cosmetic area and said “ there is not many products over there”. The staff in black uniform did not give the young lady any chance to finish her sentence and said to the young lady “ First of all, I would like you not to use the finger to point at me”. OMG it is so racist , the young lady only pointed to the cosmetic area , she was not pointing at the staff ( please check your camera to see what happened to that poor young lady). Then the lady was really brave to wait until that staff finish her talk. Then she explained she used her finger to points the cosmetic are not to that staff because that staff did not listen to the young lady and did not want to know what is going on. I can see the young lady bought lots of products from KOSCO but she got treated so badly by that staff. And when the young lady went to the counter for that staff to check her account with KOSCO and that staff knew her name is an English name. That staff changed her attitude straight away. Hopefully the owner can have a talk to staff. Because when I got out of the shop and waited for the young lady to make sure she is ok, there were the other customers came and asked the young lady if she was ok as well. It is a mental abuse from KOSCO staff.

   Really friendly staff! Always so happy and say hello and goodbye i think they remember me also which is sweet as they must see 1000s of people a day, great prices snacks and drinks and icecreams best convenience store in the city

   Famous Christchurch franchise of Asian supermarket mainly selling Korean items but also include some Chinese and south east Asian products. Wide ranging selection from crackers to instant noodles. Also has fresh produce, Tofu, drinks of all sorts. Newly opened in town in July 2019. Nice and clean, well presented. Easy shipping.

   A really cool market for imported Asian foods. We bought some fun ice cream sandwiches, only 1.99 each. Really good. Friendly people working here.
