Cafe staff was very rude to a student studying in the same building for a cup of coffee just for asking if the sugar was added in. Never faced that kind of behavior ever in my life. Zero respect towards customer and zero customer service. Will never ever go there and tell my friends not to go there as well.
Always such great food, fresh ingredients, fantastic staff, best coffees and hot chocolates too - we will be back !!
The last three coffees I’ve had here are barely drinkable. Purchased food which requires heating is often delivered soggy. Whilst the location is convenient, I’d recommend going elsewhere.
Great coffee, food and staff! They have a wide range of foods as well to cater to different dietary requirements so that nobody gets left out. 11/10 would recommend to everyone.
I work in the same building as this lovely cafe. The staff are so welcoming- it helps that their food and coffee is addictively good- but their customer service and friendly attitudes will always keep me coming back. I visit this cafe daily and have given up the others nearby because no one can compete with the delicious drinks, addictive scones and massive smile they always leave on my face!
great food, friendly service, super welcoming to me and my 5 kids with food allergies. BEST coconut chai for me and best coconut hot chocolate in town for my children! thank you for always looking after us whenever we come!
We loved visiting this amazing cafe as a retreat within the heart of the city. The service was fantastic! It is inspirational to see a hard working family creating a cafe with such a relaxing atmosphere. I especially loved the "Pregnancy and Infant Loss" wall to remember loved ones. Highly recommended to all.
Absolutely love this place. Wonderful if you are working near the hospital and need a quick bite or coffee but also love taking my kids in for something delicious. Kim and Wil are super warm and welcoming. A must visit
