“This is located in a food court and shared spaces with another restaurant Eight grains dumplings and Bao. We ordered the vegan bento box with soy marinated eggs, vegan ramen and gyozas. The portions are sumptuous and the food is really tasty. All the sides in the bento box were delicious especially the miso ramen. The vegan ramen was delicious too. Overall the ambience is really good combined with very fast service”

“Bought the tom kha soup with chicken on Friday night. This dish is my favourite Thai food & its hard to find a good one between Thai restaurants, but this one was incredible! A perfect balance of flavour elements & a decent spice to it. Absolutely loved it and will be back! Thank you chef!”

“I ordered the buttered lamb gnocchi which I would definitely recommend - food was served within 10 minutes piping hot - the portion size was decent - the food tasted great - plenty of lamb which was so tender and plenty of sauce which had a kick to it”

“I've been ordering the subscription of 6 single meals for my mum who lives alone and has health issues. They have been easy for her and good to know that she is actually eating properly with these. Very convenient and she is extremely happy with her weekly subscriptions. We tried other companies previously and she wasn't very happy with her meals.”

I took a box with fragile contents into the Christchurch depot late yesterday afternoon and it was at its Auckland destination by 6.45 this morning. “Went here a few times and still my favourite. Its abit far from my place but i guess the food is worth for me to travel here. The taste is just nice. I usually order extra spicy. I got to try new dish of brown sugar with fried cake and its nice. Would like to try their caramelised kumara the next time. They played very nice music too. Love the vibe. Only 1 thing is the fish which i try for the first time is abit over grilled/fried so its abit dry. Other than that everything is excellent.”

“Last day in Christchurch and glad to come across this teppanyaki restaurant. Is value for money for the set menu and we selected chef suggestion which come with Beef, Prawns and Chicken . The set also comes with an appetiser, miso soup and rice and the portion is generous. The chef is quite skilful and the beef is superb tasty , tender and not overcook even I ordered for medium well. Best to book in advance to sit at the chef counter.”

“It's the closest HELL to my place. So I frequent this store. I don't like pizza. So I only order sides. Or "Splatter Platter". All the sides are yum . The staff are very friendly. The friendly staff is the best part of the visit. Rare to find at a fast food outlet these days.”

“My Japanese wife and I keep going back here, we try other places now and again but they can’t compare. She says it’s authentic, just the same as you can get in Japan. For myself, I like going to hachi hachi because I like the real unprocessed meat that they cook just right and fresh veges and salad”

“I went at about 9:20pm and there was no one else in there the whole time so it was very peaceful. The store was clean and there’s lots of seating options. The food was made quickly and tasted just as good as every other Taco Bell!”
