Terrible service. I used this co to send a shipment to new zealand and dsv ended up sending it to the wrong county and loosing the container to that country for now and on going 8 months to date (where it still is). I recommend keeping away from Shelley and Darren From DSV Christchurch. Try Sneddens or someone else other than DSV!
Import agent. Very friendly and helpful. Would not import with anybody else from now on.
Don’t use this company for freight forwarding. My experience was dreadful. Freight held in China due to errors in paperwork, then when freight arrived, was broken into and product missing presumed stolen. The loss was in the thousands and DSV offered $150 in compensation. They do not care about the customer
