   No where to park car & trailer on arrival. Then was required to sign a form saying I'd received goods, before I've actually seen them or picked them up. Then the forklift driver couldn't find the package until I had given him some sort of description, and then the gate wouldn't open to let me out. clearly there are some internal process issues that need sharpening up.

   Just had a truck driver in a curtainslider just past hinds that didn’t go the speed limit and pass cars and cut them off! 2 cars had to slam their breaks on. Then done it again in front of another curtainsider. Dangerous stupid driving!

   Not happy! 2T not been picked up (logged for pick up 1 Aug 24 - it's now 23 Aug!) I can't get a straight answer - no one seems to know what's going on! Then another 2T went missing for several days - apparently it missed being offloaded! Tidy your act up!

   Bad Experience - will try to avoid using them again. Package was shipped from Auckland To Christchurch and then it sat in their depot for 12 days. No one ever bothered to call and explain the delay. I had to call and chased them up so many times and all I heard were empty promises. So much for ' Between Islands delivery within 2-4 days. The only reason this deserves 1 star is the delivery driver - good fellow.
