I wish i could give them zero rating. Totally disappointed by this courier company. The seller handed over a parcel to them on 5th December. But still it's a 16th December. I didn't get my parcel. Tried to mail then but it was invalid, also tried on call but it was not received. Forgot about tracking, they don't update it too. First time in NZ I am facing this type of service otherwise all courier companies do their work good. God knows where is my parcel.... !!!
