   They say they're open 8am until 5pm, went there at 11am and there was no one, keep calling them since last week and no one picks up the phone while we need our parcel in 2 days.

   Impossible to get hold of anyone, Trying to locate lost baggage with the Christmas presents for the kids in! Its been lost for 8 days now. No customer service.

   Still waiting for my bag after 3 days . Very difficult to call anyone or leave message at their lost baggage service. They are inundated with issues caused by air lines especially Qantas incompetence but need better communication to clients with lost luggage as Menzies are contractors for this service. It's a real hassle not knowing when luggage may turn up. Stressfull. Got a late email today ftom Menzies hoping it may be close to finding. Thanks Menzies to please improve communications.

   Service and discount offered for the weight of cargo going to Fiji,was amazing. As my mum was travelling she was delighted with the ease of transfer and the process in picking up of her stuff on the other end. Superb. highly recommended.
