“Dr Esther Loh did a fantastic job of looking after my rather nervous and sick 3 year old at the viral clinic. I definitely recommend her. My child is recovering well post her care. I also highly recommended Dr Longworth for children. We have seen him at his previous clinic and followed to Silverdale Medical due to outstanding care. The receptionists were friendly and booking an appointment was far more pleasant than other clinics. The nurse who called to triage my daughter and decide how urgent she was and how soon a booking was to be made, was also wonderful. Overall a very great experience.”

The double gusset helps contain leaks & they have many more great products like cloth pads, mini wet bags & double gusset large ones they're got many uses too. I couldn't recommend a company more.”

The owner Clare, and daughter Kaitlin are the most beautiful souls you will ever meet and always go above and beyond to help you find the perfect something be it for yourself, or a gift for someone special. When ever I place an online order, my order is swiftly dispatched on a courier and I have it so quickly, always wrapped up so beautifully and carefully in tissue. My dad needed a liquid form of medication, which had to be specially prepared. Initially, I took the script to Unichem Pharmacy in Silverdale Mall on the 15th of December and asked them to put it on hold, as we wouldn’t need it until the following week. When I called them on the 24th to request the medication, they informed me that it couldn’t be prepared the same day and wouldn’t be ready until the 26th. Despite explaining that we had run of medication and it’s important for my dad, they refused, citing that the preparation process was too time-consuming. Their lack of flexibility and unwillingness to help left me frustrated. I reached out to Unichem Weiti Pharmacy, and the difference in service was remarkable. They assured me that the solution was straightforward to prepare and were more than happy to assist. They even offered to communicate with the Silverdale pharmacy if needed. I collected the script from Silverdale and went directly to Unichem Weiti, where they promptly prepared the medication. Their efficiency, professionalism, and genuine care for their customers are unmatched. Unichem Weiti Pharmacy truly went above and beyond to ensure my dad got the medication he needed without delay.
