   So good here! All us here at Absolute Health next door love it- I grabbed a really nice tandoori wrap and the protein lunch (eaten in record time:))and I’m ready for the rest of the day full steam Ahead. And a few coffees too we should be right:) Recommend this place!

   Just before work I got a wonderful flat white from this cozy and nice coffee shop. It was a cold morning and nothing more accommodating than a warm and welcoming place. The interior is well decorated and the song track brought me back to my teen years. Thank you for brighten my day!

   Very friendly cafe with good coffee and a nice range of tasty cabinet food on offer. Usually pretty busy as it's not huge but there's normally a couple of seats free. Staff are very nice. One of our favourites.

   Best spot in Silverdale! Amazing vegan choices and super friendly staff! I asked for vegan toast once and they said all finished but they can make one for me in couple of minutes. Spontaneous toast was amazing! Thanks ladies!

   Food therapy is homely, welcoming and just a pleasure to go to. The staff are amazing, the coffee is great and the food is delicious! I love the range of salads on offer every day plus their sandwiches, sweet treats and other great items. It can get quite busy though so get in quick. The are also offering healthy, nutritious takeaway dinner items now too which is great for busy people.
