“I find Pestrol a pleasure to deal with. Their customer service is of a high standard, patient, polite, respectful, friendly & helpful. I find high standards in customer care not as common as it used to be with people not being able to focus & answer questions fully, but that is not the case here! They also include free gifts for orders over certain amounts (which I didn't know, so when my parcel arrived it felt like Christmas)! I wish the women who serve me by email & phone get well deserved pay raises. Due to all these positives, I will remain a loyal customer in future - I have no reason not to.”

They have gone out of their way recently when I had a brake down with my front suspension failing ( not force4’s fault. Was the installer. ). The team designed and built a replacement kitchen for us starting just before the first lockdown with Covid. In spite of our border lockdown, we mostly had a working kitchen.
