   Been taking Abeeco Natural bee pollen for almost 5 years now. It does cost quite a bit of money but it definitely works, I used to always be susceptible to colds and they’d last almost 2weeks. Now I barely get them and they’re nowhere near as bad! Definitely recommend!

   Have had gout in my big toe and ankle on and off over the years. Recently gave up drinking and a month in I got the most horrendous gout in my knee which was the worst of the lot.
