Took my car in for a WOF and service, very pleased with the service and the friendliness of the team. I appreciated the call outs on what to look out for next time I take my car in, the full transparency and clear explanation about the health of my tyres. So next time I know what to action and great to get a quote on it as well, so you know exactly what to expect.    I can’t recommend Cranefield Automotive & Tyres highly enough. Heath and his team are outstanding , not just great mechanics, but genuinely good people to deal with. Every time I’ve been in, the service has been spot on. The work is done properly, the pricing is fair, and they always take the time to explain things clearly. What really sets them apart is the follow-up, Heath makes sure the job was right and that I’m happy, which is rare these days. The staff are friendly, the workshop has a great atmosphere, and you always feel looked after. If you want peace of mind knowing your car is in good hands, this is the place to go.

   Went here for a puncture repair, the price was fair and the repair was good. When I used to work in automotive my boss told me that you could always tell if it was a good Tyre shop as they will torque your wheel nuts with a torque wrench rather than over/under torquing with an impact gun. Their guys used a torque wrench to tighten, takes more time but shows they are committed to quality. Bravo gents !

   Hands down the best service ever. I can not recommend Cranefield Automotive and Tyres highly enough. I was very impressed with the fantastic job they did fixing my buckled wheel. The repair was professionally completed in a couple of hours (for a really great price) this was despite the fact they were busy and I hadn't made a booking.
