I had an issue with my spa and its 12 months outside its manufacturer warranty, but Kiwi Spas outdown themselves and have replaced the part at no cost to me out of good will.     I purchased the 3 door bar fridge. The service has been beyond exceptional. I couldn't believe how fast I received the fridge! I ordered on a Sunday and my fridge was delivered on the Wednesday.
