   Sausages by Design is our fav butcher by far!! Nadine and her dad have such a lovely energy and always take the time to help with any questions we have. We moved away and still drive all the way across Auckland to come see them. My kids loooove their preservative free biltong!! Grateful for you both!

   Bought a bunch of beef and blue cheese sausages from this lot. Worst sausages I have ever had the displeasure of eating. No matter how they are cooked, they end up dumping all their fat and go dry and dense. Horrendously over seasoned, hope you LOVE sodium. This is not only an opinion it is simply fact.

   This little gem has really excellent meat products without the worry of nasty preservatives (looking at you 250). Even my toddlers love the meat sticks, the bacon is fantastic, and the meatballs are epic. Highly recommend and the prices are quite reasonable too! Check out their retail shop as they have more here than what is online.
