   I have visited this salon three times, and each time has been an unpleasant experience. The only reason I kept coming back was because it was close to my home. However, today’s experience was truly shocking. Every time I expressed any dissatisfaction with the result, the staff would show obvious impatience and act very roughly. They didn’t even do the basic prep work properly before applying the gel polish. As a result, they cut the skin on my hand — and instead of apologizing, they raised their voice at me. When I politely expressed my concerns, the staff actually asked me to leave. Their attitude was extremely rude, and they even told me not to come back again. I am paying for a service — do I not even have the right to express my dissatisfaction? This kind of behavior and service attitude is completely unprofessional.

   Have been going to this Nail Salon for the last 6 months and have never looked to anyone else. The ladies here are always accomodating to what I want. I take in a picture of what i like and they excel every time! I love that they talk me through the different colour and patterns and what looks nice etc - they give me options and I love that. I also love how their nails look stunning also so you know that the work they’re gonna do on you is going to look amazing! Thank you ladies so much for always looking after me x their prices are quite reasonable too for what they do. Let’s just say they’re WAAAYYTT BETTER than profession nails in the malls! I rate this place x Below I wanted to simple with a pop of colour and a cute little hibiscus flower. This is everything I envisioned! It’s builder gel too which is amazing! Prior to this - I got cherry tip manicures and prior to that, I got a cat eye pink with gold details. Honestly stunning work! The other thing I love about this place is everytime I go in, the ladies are always cleaning their spaces, their tools and going over what looks like the quality of the polishes etc. Hygiene and cleanliness is everything to me and they top that!

   The ladies at Golden Nails Westgate are truly talented. I’ve only recently started coming here, the girls are always welcoming, helpful and patient. The quality of nails even after 3 weeks before getting backfilled are still like new. Vicki is the master of nail art! Has 3 sets of nail art now and she never disappoints. It’s a nice change from other places, great team here, give them a try.

   I went to Golden Nails to get a french tip and oh my they did not disappoint!!! The service was amazing, the ladies were lovely and the prices are amazing. They took me straight away and I was done in less than 30 mins. The lady who was doing my nails made sure everything was perfect and she did the most beautiful job with my nails! They give you a hand massage, they make sure you are comfy and they take amazing care of your nails. Overall, if you want to get your nails done for an amazing price, with amazing service and beautiful results, go to Golden Nails! I can’t wait to come back again!

   Really lovely place, good parking all around. Got GEL acrylics, happy with how they turned out! Only negative is I felt like they were rushing as there was so many customers and only 3 workers. Due to the rushing my cuticle did get cut and started to bleed a little.

   I went there to get a pedicure, seeing the good reviews. Three bloody cuticles caused, gel polish all over the edges of nails on skin. I can do a better job at home, but I can't at the moment as I'm heavily pregnant. I was the last customer for the day. As the last layer of my gel polish was curing under the UV/LED light, the technician proceeded to put on her coat, then all her colleagues put on their coat and stood by the register/exit, presumably to go home. This felt a bit off as I was still putting on shoes, jacket, etc. Maybe don't book in customers that late if you want to close up... No apologies for the bloody cuticles. If that were my first pedicure, I'd never get one done again. Maybe they only treat manicure & nail art customers well.

   Beautiful new store set up, lots of shades to choose from, love love love the massage chairs alao loads of parking across the road. The lady who did my pedicure was so kind and gentle and the only thing i could suggest is another coat on my nail lacquer as it is transparent in places. P. S love the pot stands.
