Friendly staff. Wait time is long. Try to get the earliest appoinment. And come with an appoinment. Otherwise you have to pay an extra fee of 35 dollars.

Great atmosphere, kind staff, clean and nice office. Went there for biometric test, in few minutes I was gone without any waiting. :)
Unfriendly staff especially the one who takes photo and fingerprints (makes face like someone has trespassed into his property), in big rush all the time. They definitely need bigger office and more staff.
Awesome team! Lovely people who are very helpful and kind (even when you make mistakes they go out of their way to assist and reassure you). Easy to find office, wheelchair accessible and the coffee in the ground floor cafe is worth your time :)
Very efficient and kind considering I foolishly did not print all the documents!! they do charge print - Don't forget you need the biometric invite letter from Canadian immigration AND the form from VFS. The lady I dealt with was very kind, patient and professional. I didn't catch her name; this was around 10.30 June 30th. A really nice experience. Thank you
Went in this morning and the staff weren't friendly or helpful. They probably had a rough day but I would avoid this situation if you can. No answer on phone lines and the information on the emails and web site is out of date and incorrect. Flew in from the South island and was informed I could only have the appointment they picked the time which is something to note if you to book flights. Would avoid going to the Auckland CVAC in the future
