   I ordered four cans of cat food off of TikTok. Two of the four cans were dented I asked for a refund and was told know that the cans could still be used as we all knowThe Clostridial bacteria can contaminate food after it has been canned if the can becomes dented or damaged in such a way that the seal on the can is broken. Do not do business with this company because these cans were sent dented and then on the tick tock review they tried to tell me that even though the cans were dented they can still be used. Everyone knows you do not use dented cans of any kind. Stay away from this company especially with the cans being over $4 a piece they obviously do not care about animals

   Disappointing. I asked for details about the Chewies product such as sodium content, how processed etc and got no response whatsoever to my original query or a follow up email. I won't be buying again.

   Have been ordering treats for my dog from here for ages. She is really fussy but LOVES their food. She used to eat their soft dog food which they have recently brought back - it's a winner!! My cats always try to steal the lamb puffs. There is such a great range of treats, something for everyone. The pet milk is great, no tummy upsets or complaints from my tribe. The customer service is excellent and the shipping is always quick and hassle free. Keep it up guys.

   Kitty crack for our cat!!- our cat knocks these off the shelf to tell us she wants one then does it again after she's just had one! the best are the lamb puffs. She actually will come running from anywhere in the house or outside if we can;'t find her we just crinkle the bag and she will appear over the fence a few seconds to a few minutes later. They have actually helped us to find her when she was lost at night once. Absolute gold.
