   Worst experience ever. The shop opened 20 mins late which meant my pet was getting restless in the car waiting. Finally got her inside. After her grooming, went to pick her up. She looked terrified in her carrier as she was surrounded by big dog's barking. To my surprise when I brought her home, I was shocked to see what was done to my cat. It was like they left the shaver at only one place and forgot to move it. Whole chunk of hair missing in her belly. So ugly. Never going bk there nor will recommend to anyone else

   Amazing service and very helpful staff. Our first time to bring our fur baby to a pet grooming and it was a great experience. Tina helped us a lot in terms of what our dog need to make him look nice again. Thank you Tina. They have huge selections of dog stuff like leash and collar. They have cute dog clothes too. Highly recommended to get your dog look good and smell nice again. ;)
