   Airport pets was wonderful to work with! They provided us with detailed information, a fair quote and worked with us back and forth from another country in order to arrange for our cat to be transported safely. They are experienced and knowledgeable in what is required for pet travel and you can tell they care about the pets they work with. We were transporting our cat from Auckland to Toronto. We highly recommend them if you’re trying to get your furry friend to a new place.

   I cannot recommend Airport Pets enough - they have been absolutely incredible throughout this whole journey. Clare is helpful, communicative, patient and just an absolutely lovely person to deal with. You can feel how much they care for your pets and it’s made me feel so much more comfortable about their journey from Auckland to Melbourne. Our pups were taken such good care of and shown lots of love which we so appreciate. Exceptional service.    Moving overseas with a pet can be an overwhelming experience but I found Auckland Airport Pet Services great to work with. I moved overseas with my 11-year old dog so I needed someone who have the experience and expertise to make it as easy as possible. Jon, Andrea and Michael responded to my questions re: booking MPI for the export documents, which airline is best for travel to our destination (I needed it to be as direct as possible), and any other questions I had about moving with a pet. They offer a free one-night boarding near the Auckland airport which gave me time to focus on last-minute tasks before our departure knowing she is looked after. They even accommodated my request when I asked to meet my pet before she is checked-in for her flight. They are also based locally in New Zealand so you know they understand the processes and regulations.

   Andrea and team were absolutely brilliant assisting us with the transport of our two cats from Tauranga to Wiltshire in the UK. Communication was prompt and clear and when things went awry thanks to one of our cats picking up a flea, they sprang in to action to get everything sorted out for us, and the cats, and took great care of them when we had travel on ahead. I had lots of updates from them and felt utterly confident that the cats were in safe and caring hands. Would highly recommend.

   Airport Pets arranged for our dog to fly from Auckland to Brisbane. This was a very stressful time for us as we were already in Brisbane and our dog still in NZ. However they were all amazing and very good at communicating at what was happening, everything went smoothly and our dog arrived safely in Brisbane. Thank you to the team for everything.

   I just want to Thank Micheal at Airport pets. We moved from Auckland to Sydney. And needed to bring 4 dogs with us. But if you are not on the same flight as your fur babies it becomes a bit more complicated. BUT Micheal were great. He knows what he is doing. He kept me up to date with everything. As i have never done anything like this before he made sure to inform me what to do next. From getting there declarations done to arranging the Customs broker in Sydney. He even called me after his working hours to tell me how my dogs were doing and how the vet checks went as he new how stressed i was about my Chihuahuas being away from us and being in kennels as they have never been in kennels or on a plane before. He even texted me at 3:30 in the morning NZ time to tell me they were on there way and they are all good. So i just want to thank Micheal again for taking such good care of my babies and me. So if anybody needs to move pets to anywhere in the world make sure you deal with Micheal you wont be disappointed. A MILLION TIMES THANK YOU. The world needs more people like him !!!!!

   Absolutely horrible company. We contracted them to fly our dog from NZ to Spain. They confirmed, and we paid the deposit. Then 3 weeks later they called and said that they can not get her on the flight and can offer no other solutions! We are relocating in less than 2 months now and they have simply dropped us. I went desperately crawling to Venture Pets for a solution and a week later they managed to get us the flight we originally booked with airport pets! I don't understand how this company can be so bad, or care so little They have an average of one star rating on Yelp. Wish had looked there first

   Started off great! But it’s all a ruse Paperwork from airport pet services specifically says “no bowls, brushes, or bags or liquids other than the water we give them” Air New Zealand then refused to take the dog because there was no water. Dog was then lost at Sydney airport for two hours. Then they invoice us saying we had to put a bowl in there for $50 The worst thing is they take no responsibility and take their $2,000. Very little care or compassion for our dog. She ended up spending over 12 hours in a cage when it was only from Auckland to Sydney. Shame on you guys. Once you drop your pet off they’ll leave the dog in the cage even if your flight is delayed.
