   I cannot rate these guys highly enough. From the outset talking to George, I knew I had found the right company. Very friendly and personalized service, and there was never a question that Arlo, our dog, and his safety was the priority. At every turn we were reminded of deadlines and given very clear instructions. Even our vet was extremely positive about how clear the process was laid out by George, Leslie and the team. We liked them so much we have now used them for two pets, one cat and one dog, and would not hesitate to use them again in the future. Thanks Pet Transport!

   Everyone at Pet Transport were fantastic to deal with and made everything super simple and stress free. I flew my dog back from New Zealand to the UK - I was extremely anxious at the thought of this but pet transport were more than great to deal with and everything from start to finish was super smooth. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to transport their pet. George explained everything and really calms you and Lesley was fantastic to deal with and takes you through each step.    ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ actually 10stars out of 5! Outstanding Service – Thank You for Taking Care of Daisy! We can’t thank Tish and her team enough for the incredible care and service they provided while transporting our fur baby, Daisy, to Australia. From the very beginning, they went above and beyond our expectations—nothing was too much trouble. Tish was genuinely caring and treated Daisy as if she were her own. The team kept us constantly updated with phone calls and emails, which really helped ease our nerves during such a big move. Their communication was exceptional, and we always felt Daisy was in safe, loving hands. Tish went above and beyond to support us and Daisy through the process. She quickly sent us an enormous crate so Daisy could get used to it well in advance, which made a huge difference. When Air NZ couldn’t accommodate Daisy on our flight and had to rebook her on a later one, Tish and her team personally looked after her in the meantime. She even sent us photos of Daisy right up until we boarded our flight...Communication about the change was prompt and thoughtful—Tish even called us directly, adding a personal touch that truly took the service to the next level. This kind of service is rare. We wholeheartedly recommend Tish and her team to anyone needing pet transport—they’re simply the best. Thank you again for going the extra mile and making this experience so smooth and stress free for both us and Daisy!

   I assume like most people, I had a lot of questions and fears when I decided to move my little dog Boomer from NZ to Prague. Is it safe, can I do it, how do I do it, is it worth the worries and money (let's be honest about that)??? Now I know the answer to all of those questions is YES! Basically I was looking for three things: - for Boomer to be safe and well taken care of - for somebody to tell me exactly what to do and when to do it - no surprises I got all three and for that - big THANK YOU to George, Leslie and everybody else at Pet Transport NZ for making it happen. Communication and preparation is the key. Extra big THANK YOU to George for going the extra mile and getting us directly to continental Europe, when it looked like the only option was double export through England. You did not have to do that George, but you did, and that puts you in the first class in my book! Sincerely Stanley

   The seemingly impossible made possible. Two dogs and three cats all the way from New Zealand to Denmark, Europe. The thought made us sleepless and anxious. We contacted a few pet transport companies and decided on „PET TRANSPORT“ in Auckland, as they came recommended by our Labrador‘s breeder. And that was the beginning of an unexpectedly more or less calming process. George and his team were nothing short of amazing. Their guidance, expertise and professionalism were outstanding. Queries, emails, phone calls were ALWAYS attended to promptly, which was a really big deal for us. All was organised and thought through to the smallest detail. I know this sounds like „to good to be true“, but we were so lucky to have found the best in that business. So George and his amazing team come highly recommend to anyone who is planning to taking their beloved furry family member(s) with them to anywhere in the world. Five stars for sure. PS: Attached photos of the dogs were taken when they were just released to us, on their first walk in the UK and happiness at the holiday home in Denmark.

   Thanks to Pet Transport NZ I now have my precious boy over in Australia. They made the process of flying my dog over from a small town in NZ super easy and stress free. Great communication and efficient service. Kind, trustworthy, helpful and caring staff who treated Mac like their own family made the process super comfortable for me and a smooth transition for everyone. There service was really affordable when considering options at the time and I’m so glad I went with them. I Would highly recommend and use them again in the future. Thanks so much!

   If you are looking for a dog transporter then you don't need to look any further than Pet Transport NZ. We brought our elderly dog over to the UK a few weeks ago. He is 13 and when I contacted numerous companies there was concern about his size, his breed, his age, uncertainty, hidden costs, etc BUT I now know that Pet Transport have all the KNOWLEDGE and EXPERIENCE to bring your dog over safely. This is what you are paying for and what you and your pet deserve. They really know their stuff, they explain everything step by step keeping it really simple. I cannot recommend them enough. At all times they were reassuring, made our dog feel safe and comfortable and even though I had some doubts about such a long journey for an old dog I am so glad we did it and so glad we opted for Pet Transport to bring him here safely. Our family can't thank you enough for keeping us altogether Pet Transport. We highly recommend you and will continue to do so forever!

It's such a long journey and you want somebody trustworthy and professional dealing with that difficult matter leaving your beloved pet with right!? Pet Transport NZ will be that company you are looking for as they are very responsive, empathic and handling all your questions and worries in a professional way and will choose the best possible solution for your pet. We were very happy with George and Leslie as they organized every detail for Lulu's big trip so we knew that she was in good hands while we couldn't take care of her ourselves.
