“The moment I walked into the gym everyone was welcoming instantly felt like home. hands down the most welcoming and supportive academy. Whether you’re new or experienced this place has the best coaches and mentors that will meet you where you are and push you to go further. Our team feels like a family and we all grow together no one gets left behind !!”

“Visited Trust Arena for the first time, found it to be an excellent facility, I used the indoor sprint track and then moved to the outside field track, awesome set up and a great public venue for sports, exercise and enjoying the surroundings. There is also vrry good play ground next to the field track. A good set of stairs are available that are great for stair work and exercise.”

“We love this place! Indoor pools and outdoor splash pad, spa and sauna - very convenient for every age group. Oh, you can book a birthday party there too and you'll get the entire training pool just for your group.”

“This has one of the best young kids areas I've seen, and it's heated! The staff are friendly and everything I saw is clean. It's a wonderful free resource for the community, highly recommend!”

“Really nice pool for lane swimming. Water is clean and the facilities in general seem to be well maintained. Front of house staff have all been friendly and helpful too. And I like that cat that sometimes sits on the front desk :)”

“Cool and calm place with friendly staff”

“One of the best gyms in Auckland. Especially if you’re looking at powerlifting. This place has everything you need. Highly recommended. 5 star.”

“Would highly recommend this QT Auckland. Checked in for a weekend stay. Landed in Auckland Friday morning from Australia and I knew I was early but I was greeted by the amazing Matilda at the front desk. She was more than happy to look after my bags (gave great coffee recommendations) while I went and killed some time until my room was ready. The bar area/ foyer area was clean and well presented and the team serving were more than happy to help. The room was lovely. Plenty of space and the bed was so comfy. Loved the feel of it all. The shower had plenty of space and there was even black out curtains to help with the jetlag naps. Night one. I went up to the rooftop and was greeted on entry. Although I had no booking I was promptly sat. Ordered this tasty cocktail and the lamb skewer. (So good went back the second night and ordered both again) Location was great. 13min walk to Skycity or 5min uber. 7min walk along the water to the Vaiduct and Auckland CBD.”

“I really liked this hotel. All the staff is extremely kind and helpful. Always welcoming you with a big smile. The rooms are fully equipped and very comfortable. The bed was fantastic. I had a very good rest. The bathroom is great, too. Overall, I had a fantastic and very quiet stay at the hotel.”

“Love this place more than i love myself”

“Siobhan and Mikayla are such an asset to Mayfield. We were looked after so well. Our Mimosas made delicious! Joyful and professional- the team was so impressive with the way they bounced a disgruntled customer … he was so out of line. Well done ladies.”

“After an initial rocky start with noisy neighbours, the hotel reception shifted me to a different floor. The old room and the new room were identical. Both of them were great and quite clean maybe 9/10. The bed was comfortable, also clean and medium firmness, which I liked. Shower pressure in both rooms were good. Generally, I think this is a good place to stay if you need to be on Auckland's North Shore. Interactions with reception and housekeeping were always pleasant. There were very, very minor issues like the kettle flap was broken, the dryer ran extremely loudly. I was a little embarrassed to use the dryer at night due to the noise. The towels were thin and could be thicker.”

“I’ve used Technogym equipment many times at my local Auckland gym and I’m a huge fan of the Italian-designed machines. Their sleek, elegant appearance really elevates the gym atmosphere, it feels like I'm training in a premium fitness studio. It’s no wonder Technogym is often called the "Ferrari of fitness" here in New Zealand with it's premium quality, Italian style, and beautiful craftsmanship . Beyond aesthetics, the equipment is incredibly reliable and smooth in use. I’m always inspired to push myself harder when I’m using Technogym gear. Thanks for blending performance, innovation, and stunning style all into one!”

“Went to buy my 1st pair of running shoes yesterday and the team were really helpful. They helped me find the right fit and a nice colour. Staff were SUPER friendly and patient despite my indecisiveness and the few rude customers. Very very happy customer:))))”

“Watching my granddaughter at her gym club. We'll organized couple of hours with probably 40 or so kids.”

“The customer service was great. The two staff members asked if we needed help and were knowledgeable about the products, so they really enhanced the shopping experience. Have shopped here several times as I love their gear.”

“What a fantastic team the Takapuna store today. Literally having to drag my husband in to purchase new track pants, without their commitment to my husband he would have walked away empty handed. Super service as usual shame not every other business in Auckland has such great service. Jane”

“Good place to play pickleball. The front desk staff are lovely. Good parking and facilities.”

“Hi we bought a home gym and the service was great, gym was easy to put together, was a lot of parts but just followed instructions”

“Jetts is the best. So many location up and down NZ this branch in Albany has great facilities”

“Love this gym . The instructors know what they are doing and are super keen to help if needed . The equipment range is slowly getting better too . It’s definitely an older persons gym , I would say majority are 40 plus . But all the members are respectful with the equipment, wipe everything down and put things away . There are lots of fantastic classes as well.”

“Absolutely love going to gym the equipment could do with an upgrade but are still usable an the staff are absolutely wonderful so I'm giving it five stars for the wonderful staff an prices”

“I recently went here to purchase a gift for a friend. The customer service I received from the young girl working there was impeccable! She answered all my questions and allowed me to walk out of the store with not only a perfect gift for my friend, but something for myself as well! Would definitely come back, but would want to be served by the same amazing young girl!”

“I have absolutely LOVED this gym. Everyone is friendly, the gear is great, it’s rarely crowded, and having the basketball court has been a great bonus.”

“We take the kids here for Saturday basketball - the coaches are great and the kids have got a lot from these sessions. recommend!”

“Thank you team, specifically Paul Latham for my order. 17 tops with many colours, team logos, numbers and sponsorship logos. All came out fantastically. The delivery was right on the day discussed. The payment was stress free and Paul did very well alleviating my fears of something going wrong before the tournament. I was under time constraint and since I had never used your services, I was a bit nervous. The tops fabric feels great. The look and fit is awesome. I’ll definitely recommend you. Kind regards, Patrick Noiseux, Hastings”

“Overall, our experience with Swimsation has been positive. The staff genuinely care about the kids, and the environment feels professional but more importantly, welcoming. We don’t usually leave reviews, but we want to say how much we appreciate Heart. She’s kind, attentive, and clearly cares. She always takes the time to check in on our child’s progress and makes us feel seen. Swimsation, you’ve made a great hire with Heart, and that speaks to the quality of the whole team. We hope she and everyone at Swimsation know how much they’re appreciated.”
