   A very central place to stay , off strret parking avail. reasonably quiet, close to Albany & Shops & park n ride ( next block over) Also near to Motorway north & south . Best rooms are on the western side , Plenty of nearby restaurants.

   I stayed in a non-smoking studio apartment at Ramada Suites, and I was genuinely impressed. The room had everything you could ask for — a well-equipped kitchenette, washing machine and dryer, a super comfortable bed, and a beautiful view. The staff were incredibly friendly and responsive, always quick to assist with any requests, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The location was perfect, with easy access to shops, transport, and everything I needed. It was convenient, practical, and relaxing all at once. I’d highly recommend Ramada Suites and would gladly stay here again on my next visit!

   After an initial rocky start with noisy neighbours, the hotel reception shifted me to a different floor. The old room and the new room were identical. Both of them were great and quite clean maybe 9/10. The bed was comfortable, also clean and medium firmness, which I liked. Shower pressure in both rooms were good. Generally, I think this is a good place to stay if you need to be on Auckland's North Shore. Interactions with reception and housekeeping were always pleasant. There were very, very minor issues like the kettle flap was broken, the dryer ran extremely loudly. I was a little embarrassed to use the dryer at night due to the noise. The towels were thin and could be thicker.

   Starting with the good - the room was tidy and relatively clean, bed was comfortable .... but ... The whole place smelt like cheap toilet cleaner, over powering, no real milk, and I didn't notice until the morning that the fridge and freezer temp had been set to high i.e. NOT cold, so the food I put in there spoiled, broken toilet seat, mould in shower, no hair conditioner just two shampoos, terrible water pressure that kept running hot and cold, and I am not sure if my room was close to the gym, but from 3am all I could hear was loud music and treadmills. Will not be staying again. No where to eat within walking distance unless you want noodles or bubble tea.

   I have used these suites for my overseas visitors for few years and were fine. My last experience , and my guest's, was not great at all. First , the lady who answered the phone prior to guest arrival was not listening carefully to my inquiry and started to interrogate me and shifting the topic as if we were in a to security agency. Second, the guest was not happy with the studio and they shifted him to another one that was stinky and had s faulty fridge. Third, no internet connection. Bottom line, we are not using this facility again. You need to review the standard of your service.

   Stayed 2 nights here and was given the 2 bedrooms apartment. Was equipped with washing and dryer machine as well as a small kitchenette. Though there is only 1 bathroom, the living room and bedrooms are spacious. Located nearby are restaurants and eating places. Short drive away are shops and supermarkets. As we reach the apartment after working hours, we did not receive clear instructions on where we can park our vehicle and how to get the key/card to the apartment, its good to find out this if you know you are gonna arrive at non-working hours.

   Be aware of this place! Cleaners steal jewellery that left on bedside table, never admitted of course, reception staff member not friendly at all( based on other people’s review they are not just not friendly because we had this incident, they are just generally not friendly) one of staff even trying to get information about what police going to do with stealing incident! Yeah police will not do anything, that is why the thieves can get away from it ! Will never stay here again ! Will tell all friends and family not to stay here!
