Watching my granddaughter at her gym club. We'll organized couple of hours with probably 40 or so kids.
Went to a 5th birthday party, all of the children had a blast! The coaches were easy going and encouraged the kids to have fun, but in a safe way. There was a good mix of coach led activities and free play. The favourite activities were swinging from bars and vaulting into the foam pit. There is a nice space above the gym where the kids had food and cake.
On Saturday at 11 am, I entered the gymnasium to watch my daughter participate in the beginner girls' program. To my surprise, I was distracted by the young girls wearing cropped tops and sports bras. I was taken aback that such attire was permitted in the gym. I believe it is important to maintain a standard of modesty, especially in a setting meant for children. I strongly urge you to address this matter with both the girls and their parents next week. It would be beneficial to communicate a clear guideline regarding appropriate attire, including the prohibition of cropped tops, singlets, and sports bras. I feel quite strongly about this issue and hope for a positive change moving forward. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Was recommended by a friend to check out this place to register my 2 young children. Stood at the door and asked for help no one responded. One of the parents asked the coaches if there was anyone at the office and she said she would answer shortly. She then came into the office and completely ignored me. I stood there for 30 minutes with my children in the end I tried to call out to someone who can talk to me at the office, I got strange funny looks and one of the coaches laughed at me and said you can come back next week. Very rude, unnecessary behavior. Could’ve told me from the beggining that there was no one to help and not left me waiting and giving me weird looks. I do not recommend anyone coming here they are not friendly at all. For the manager to see who was working I came in at 3.15 on Thursday 20th of Feb.
We started my 5 year olds first session a couple of weeks ago. The coach was letting all the kids do the activity at the same time so she couldn't supervise properly and it seemed quite dangerous for young beginners. Near the end of the session my daughter fell and hit her head and came running out to me crying, the coach did not notice. I have tried to email to let them know what happened and asked if it would always be like this but I have not had a reply so sadly will not be back.
We had our son's 8th birthday here - what an amazing, fantastic value venue! Lovely coaches, great gymnastics apparatus, spacious birthday room and we had the gym to ourselves. The kids had a blast - thank you!
Bad experience so far. No one answers the phone, they don't reply voice messages, they don't reply emails. We tried contacting them for information but it was impossible. My daughter booked a class online to try, they offered just one paying method that our bank deems as unsafe and not recommended. We payed anyway. On the day of the booking we got delayed at work we were running late, the traffic was very heavy, we knew we wouldn't make it so we tried calling several times, and emailed to reschedule the booking. We never got any answers. It seems there are no human beings there. I want this booking rescheduled or my money back, and I would like to know if there is a phone number or email where we can actually contact this place.
Great place to take the kids to develop them self. As parents can participate and I loved it.
Everything is good,, the coach, the way they teach, the information they give BUT why there is no fan or any such aircon ??? It’s unbelievable hot there when children are practicing.. it’s summer guys please take this into consideration and put good aircon or FEW FANS there... please it’s summer for god sake.
My daughter has been attending for around a year now and loves it. There's a perfect balance of learning with the group while following her own pace and she's made wonderful progress. Great place and teachers.
