   I had a great experience at the Takapuna store today. I come in for a faulty exchange, however the tights that I had have stopped being produced. One of the staff members ( whose name I unfortunately didn’t get) went above and beyond to find a pair that worked for me. Her knowledge of the range of rights was incredible, she listened to my needs and gave me pair after pair, until I found the perfect ones. She was patient and you could tell she genuinely cared about helping customers and having them leave the store happy. I honestly could not speak higher of your employee that helped me today, I’m so thankful for her help.

   I recently purchased a pair of gloves here, but after three days, I realized they didn’t suit my style. I came back to return them, and on the first day, the staff told me I only needed to bring the tag – the straps were not necessary. However, when I returned the next day with the tag, a different staff told me I did need to bring the straps. Otherwise, I would have to go back to the original store where I bought them to return the item. I was honestly shocked by the lack of consistency and professionalism. Every staff member seemed to have a different version of the return policy, and in the end, I was the one who had to waste time making multiple trips just to resolve a simple issue. Very disappointing experience.

   I visited the store today and found everyone to be really helpful. I didn’t wait long before someone at the desk helped me with my query and then showed me where the items I was interested in were located. A member of the team even asked me how I was getting on whilst I was using the fitting rooms. My query required approval from a manager who was also very helpful. Definitely the service I would expect from a premium brand in an up market location. Made me feel special, plus the items I bought look and feel great.

   Over priced and over rated. Today will be the last time I visit your store homie, that customer service is sliding and genuine long time customers can’t even get a simple exchange?? These guys are not as pleasant as they used to be for sure and I don’t see a shift in their demeanour anytime soon !

   Great quality service from them, but I personally think this store is quite messy. Because cloth is put together without separated accordingly which makes it difficult to find what I need. Girls are chatting happily in front gate without too much help to customers. Shame

   Thank you May for the amazing customer service. There is a massive collection of product to cater to all sorts of activity so I wasn’t sure where to start. May was fantastic at finding the exact things for my needs. She saved me so much time by providing alternative colours and sizes when I needed them and didn’t mind me trying on many items to find the perfect fit! I came away with some great items. Will definitely be back.
