“This is mine and my best friend’s absolute favourite restaurant. Not only is the food incredible (we have never had a bad meal), but the service is unmatched (especially Brad). We’ve lost count of how many times we’ve been here, but by our third visit they already remembered our drink orders and that we want a chicken liver parfait while we decide what we order. Everybody is made to feel at home here and the service is amended to the person you are. Make sure you save room for a pavlova at the end as it’s the most delicious desert you will ever have in your life. CIBO CIBO CIBO”

“We've been here twice in the last month, and had a great meal each time. The new owners are really friendly and nice, and the bar has a nice coast atmoshere. On the Halloween night they had a dress up session with prizes, and Nelly was perfect as an Angel. The food is all great. I highly recommend the pizzas and the steak. Both are excellent. If I had to make one improvement suggestion, it would be to perhaps get a a wider range of craft beers. But generally this is a great place that I highly recommend.”

And I claimed mine just this week, they were so nice that they even put a "Happy Birthday" on the plate! Their crepes are always delicious!”

“We ordered the Hot Nash burger, southern style and nashville hot boneless chicken and the beef birria loaded fries. Their nashville hot flavour is very spicy but has so much flavour. The southern style chicken is probably their best flavour with the perfect balance of spice and seasoning. Their chicken and chips are exceptionally crunchy and freshly made. As for the burger and loaded fries they were even better. Definitely order online prior to arrival as the wait time can be a bit long but worth it.”

The view out over the Waitākere Ranges was beautiful, despite the overcast evening. The fried chicken and rick racker are absolutely delicious. The beef slices are perfect for the hot pot—juicy and tender. The owner even adds hot pot sauce to enhance the flavor. The soup for the hot pot is tasty, well-seasoned without being too salty. And don’t miss out on the bubble tea; it’s the perfect complement to the meal. Highly recommended!”

“Super nice steak if you want to treat yourself. I found the service was a bit slow but the food was top notch. They show you the cuts before you order which is really handy as if you are not an officialdo then it is not clear what you are going to get. Order you mains, sauce and then side. You are talking about $100-$150 per person by the time you include drinks and sides. The meat was super tender and glad we came. We went on a Thursday and it was busy, with people sitting outside. Well worth a visit and the food quality of food is excellent.”

Food was incredible, the half duck and beef curry were favourites, friends loved the cocktails too, highly recommend for groups and have since been back since with my husband and it was just as good.”
