   Absolutely amazing experience! We ordered a couple of courses and every single dish was incredible – full of authentic flavor, perfect consistency, and beautifully prepared. Hands down the best Italian food I’ve had in Auckland. Highly recommend!

   We had the most beautiful dinner. We had pizza and seafood crepe for starters. Eye fillet for main and creme brulee and Tiramisu for dessert. Everything was on the spot, fast service and lovely Melanija serving us. True Italian experience with authentic food, wood fire . Big recommendation

   Went here for a girls dinner/catch up at 6.30pm on a Saturday. I was greeted, shown to our table and told that they needed the table back by 8pm. Our waitress was lovely, being attentive enough but not overbearing. There happened to be a couple kids/toddlers so a bit of screaming occasionally but nothing major. We only got mains and a wine each. We had the special reds which were nice and easy to drink. The mains I found to be quite expensive for what the quality, approximately $27 for the cheapest pasta. The mains are decently portioned and the pizza was the best. The gnocchi was very cheesy and my friend found it a bit too rich. The spaghetti bolognese was okay but not amazing. Overall, okay Italian but nothing outstanding. Would recommend the pizza but try somewhere else for pasta.

   Hopefully the AI Forno’s owner will see this review. We had dinner at here. The manager not only cold to us but also rude to his staff. When we came in and sat down. The manager served other people with smiley face but suddenly he turned around and cold to us. He did this several times. Then I feel uncomfortable to had dinner here. Moreover, Because of our table is next to the reception, so I also noticed that he was rude to the staff. I can't believe how such a manager manages a restaurant? Hopefully this review is helpful for you to choose which restaurant you want to go.
