“I had an excellent experience, thanks to Prasad Gawde. He was exceptionally polite, professional, and knowledgeable, and kept me well informed throughout the entire service process. I truly appreciated how clearly he explained everything without pushing any unnecessary repairs. The turnaround time was exactly as promised, and he even followed up after the service. “My Eclipse Cross had a dying battery and so I was hunting for a replacement. Had gone to an autoshop in Hillcrest and was quoted $350 for a new battery, unfortunately there's none in stock. Went to Exeedy, told the front office guy of my problem , did a battery test to find my battery was dying. Asked how much for a new one it was $185 inc GST, way cheaper than the first shop. The guy happily replaced it for me. And also adivsed that I may have an oil leak after opening the engine cap. Totally awesome service. Thanks Eugene for a great business.”
