Customer service is utterly terrible especially I believe being his age, he must be an old staff. His hair is not grey but white. Surely, not knowing the system. No product knowledge. Must be on Commission meaning only sale oriented. Terrible attitude. No wonder he's bringing unemployment rate upto high level. If you here me Sir, tell him to retire. He is not worth your organization. Can't even print a receipt...
My Eclipse Cross had a dying battery and so I was hunting for a replacement. Had gone to an autoshop in Hillcrest and was quoted $350 for a new battery, unfortunately there's none in stock. Went to Exeedy, told the front office guy of my problem , did a battery test to find my battery was dying. Asked how much for a new one it was $185 inc GST, way cheaper than the first shop. The guy happily replaced it for me. And also adivsed that I may have an oil leak after opening the engine cap. Totally awesome service. Thanks Eugene for a great business.
ABSOLUTLEY DISCUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE I know we all have our bad days but a little bit more common courtesy would go a long way .Also for any warranty claims or returns even if the package has not been opened they don't accept it at all or find an excuse or some new policy they have to not do a return for that item would not recommend this company at all .
I got told of Exedy by word of mouth these were the guys to go to for a fair price and they were right,straight up & knew what they were talking about, definitely be coming back.
went in to buy a battery for a bmw , was the rudest services i have every received, i would not buy anything from this place, staff so rude and not helpful at all, went into Auckland and bought battery from other place
They knew what I was talking about over the phone and got me a set of brake drums shipped from Christchurch to Auckland. The next day it was ready to pick up. Impeccable service and great prices.
Customer service very very poor from the Auckland based team. Parts arrived and are fine. But the initial dealing with them was shocking, probably one of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The guy was rude, didn't even say his name, at the end of the call I asked his name, I then called back an hour later and spoke to someone a little higher up and they didn't seem to care at all with what I was saying. Will not be using them again, will also be telling my customers to use alternative parts.
