   Overpriced! Clearly the person in the parts section is spouting off prices without doing their research on what market value is on the part. Luckily I had done my research on the part I needed. The parts sales person offered me the second hand part from a wrecked vehicle for the same price as a brand new part. And when I pulled him up on his price, he hung up! I would avoid this place unless you’re a truely desperate, even then do your research on pricing.

   Horrible service. Advertising the car on trademe as 'dismantling' (said the auction was for a tyre). 3 times, no answer to questions, silence then auto-relist. Rang them, got told to come in to see if they have the part.. but I'm an hours drive away! No idea what they are doing. Not good.

   After having a great trade previously i had trouble trying to make contact to see if part i was supposed to pick up was ready & called in & was told to go to Pick a Part as they were unable to get to vehicle for my part. Which i did & ended up paying around $100 less than originally quoted from the above.

   Fraud. Tried to give me the wrong size of tires than I bout (and prepaid) on trademe. Twice, I mean 2 different sizes, 175 instead of 165, then another completely different one… then the guy left for a “pickapart section” for 1 hour to seek the right one for me,finally brought the right size but another brand - Goform which is much cheaper than Hankook I bought. Didn’t offer me discount saying apologies or something, instead, tried to make impression they are giving me the right ones. And all of that happened despite I rung them 2 hours prior arrival and they confirmed over the phone they have my order ready. Also, Didn’t give money back, said:”request from trademe”. Moreover,the place look terrible. The tires they sell also looks very low quality with beaten glass on them, etc.
