   *HONEST R3V13W* Excellent customer service & affordability at this place as it's my 1st time. Traveled from Northshore to this mechanic and service my vehicle, Abba is a fantastic mechanic who tells you straight up of the diagnosis to your vehicle. They treat you like family and go beyond. Totally recommend you to check them out as you will not be disappointed!!

   Team, if possible, please try and hire a mechanic who knows and speaks proper english. I've rung the shop enquiring about their comprehensive deal listed on grabone website. When I mentioned about the deal from a website, guy on the phone just went angry, suddenly his tone changed, blabbered and hung up the phone. Like, what? Is that customer service? Never even thinking about visiting that place again.

   I had an outstanding experience at Cartronics in Onehunga today! Abbas, and his team went above and beyond to ensure my car servicing was smooth and hassle-free. Not only did they efficiently handle tasks like replacing the front engine mount, sway bar, drivers seatbelt, and fixing a leak from my power steering, but they also addressed a few minor issues with utmost professionalism. I was truly impressed with their exceptional customer service. I accidentally picked up the wrong part, and Abbas swiftly sourced the correct one within just an hour. They also took the time to show me the difference between the part I purchased and the one needed while my car was up on the hoist. This level of transparency and assistance was truly remarkable and greatly appreciated. Additionally, I must mention Cartronics' competitive pricing. With an hourly rate of $80 plus GST, they offer incredible value for a top-notch service. After extensive research, I couldn't find anyone in the area, or even in the whole of Auckland, who would do the job cheaper. Overall, I wholeheartedly recommend Cartronics to anyone seeking car servicing. Abbas and his team's dedication to customer satisfaction, efficiency, and transparent pricing make them stand out as the best in the area, if not the entirety of Auckland.    I would avoid this place at all costs went to check a sound on my left front tires. they said its the break pad and wanted to get it replaced(it was replaced a year ago i am sure it has more life than that). once that was done the sound persisted so i told them to look between the break pad to see it was a stone chip. so, made me replace the break pad for nothing. and to top this off, my right head light was not working. The issue was the connector so to replace it the whole front bumper had to be removed which they said could take 2 hours ish. they figured this out while as the replace bulb didnt work. I didnt have 2 hours on a working day to get it done so, I told i will come back another day. But this dude somehow made the bulb go into the the headlight cavity. now there was a bulb dangling on the cavity which was impossible to take out without removing the front bumper(now i feel like this they did it purposely to make me get the bumper removed at that point itself and get the connector changed).. I had no option but to let them remove the bumper and forcefully pay 200+ for that along with replacing the connector. And here comes the sugar coating. they messed up the connections of the connecter and my beamer doesnt work on that side and only the normal lights work. I can use it for day to day work without a beamer. and if i need to use the beamer it would look like a pirate as the left side beamer would only work. All in all incompetent workers. and would never recommend. hopefully you save your car by reading this!

   Absolutely a Rip off company. I bought a grabone deal for WOF and basic servicing for 129. He did wof and says we have to pay extra 80 bucks fo servicing. Didn't do any basic servicing. Please DO NOT use them or buy any voucher for them.

   This dodgy business finds sneaky ways to charge extra costs, bought voucher for service for a japanese car and they tell me upon booking that there are additional surcharges for normal synthetic oil. Waste of time, liars, cheaters i do not recommend anyone come here, they make sure to make their moneys worth. Voucher is pretty much just a labour cost
