After my very bad experience below. I called them again about 3 weeks ago. Adam was very helpful and quoted me $115 for a sideview mirror which is what I was originally after. The first time I called them they quoted me for a whole sideview part which I didn't need. Great result the 2nd time I visited. Thank you for your help Adam and also to the guy that came out and put my mirror on and checked to make sure it was all working. These guys are not helpful. You do not want to use them. They changed ownership and they do not care to help. They can keep you waiting for hours. Do not trust what they say to you at the counter. They are an MSD Service Provider with the Old Owners details including the bank account which no longer exists. Whoever owns this Company does not care for their workers or the perspective of customers. They have a sign outside the front door, looking for workers. Not a good environment to work.

From this time waster n disappointed people

Amazing place! It's massive and highly organized. Very friendly staff and very helpful. You name it - they have got it ! If they haven't got the part you are after, just be patient and call back a few days later - they are constantly getting new stock in. Recommend to all !

Very bad service, bad manner of speaking to their customers and poor quality of parts where we wasted almost a day and a half of our time waiting for correct part and our customer not happy with the out come due to these guys lack of workmanship and support...!!!???We still waiting for parts to arrive....called 4 times with NO positive outcome ??????????
