We had a major breakdown in Ak with our motorhome. The staff at Andrew Ford were amazing from Rob (Service Manager) through to Bruce (Workshop Foreman) and Chris (Dedicated mechanic) who solved our issues and got us back on the road. Also to the lovely staff member who offered us accommodation in his unit. We cannot recommend highly enough the care and attention we received - we were treated like family.

Took my Mustang in for a service and the team absolutely nailed it! Mitchell was super helpful from the beginning, explained everything clearly, and even sorted me with a courtesy truck for the day. The service was spot on, the car drives great, and the complimentary wash, detail, and surprise polish made it look stunning on pickup!

I had an excellent experience, thanks to Prasad Gawde. He was exceptionally polite, professional, and knowledgeable, and kept me well informed throughout the entire service process. I truly appreciated how clearly he explained everything without pushing any unnecessary repairs. The turnaround time was exactly as promised, and he even followed up after the service. I was also provided with a clean and comfortable courtesy car, which was a great added touch. Overall, Iβm extremely satisfied outstanding customer service from start to finish. Got a service done before Christmas 2024 which costed almost a grand and went overseas for one month. Came back home and used the everest for 2 weeks then noticed this message come up saying I needed to ad more AD BLUE to the tank, also noticed the exhaust was making a louder noise than usual!!! Not what anybody should experience when coming back from holiday let alone straight after a service!! I've spent an extra 100 on my own just to fill the ad BLUE! But it should have been done at the service!! VERY INCONVENIENT This could have damaged my car JOHN ANDREW henderson do better!

I'm astonished that this company could charge me over $1000 to NOT fix my problem and after going back to have them check and charge me again to tell me that they don't know what's wrong. If I could give 0 stars I would and I'm at a loss for words about the service they provide here to customers. There was a problem with the heater not warming the drivers side at all but still working on the passenger side. We tell them the issue and after a $170 inspection we're told the heater core needs to be flushed and cleaned. We pay another $800 expecting the problem to be fixed and still there is no heat on the drivers side. So we bought it back and I'm told there's nothing they can do about it and the car would need to be checked again. So I pay another $170 just to be told the heater isn't working and needs to be replaced. I'm completely dumbfounded by how this company can charge me $1000 to tell me that the problem is the heater. If you need to throw money away this might be where you should go. If you have a problem with your car and you're reading this review, absolutely do not come here.

The service center at John Andrew on Central Park Drive offers an excellent experience with its new location and high-quality service. The clarity in explaining costs is commendable. While the booking system has improved, a more personalized approach to booking, such as speaking directly to the service center, would enhance the process. Unfortunately, I didn't receive a confirmation text after booking, which led to having to navigate the cumbersome telephone system for an answer. Overall, I do recommend their services, as they are making progress in refining their operations.

Worse experience ever! Booked my ranger raptor in for 2 days because have a really serious problem with the transmission and steering/suspension. Explained what I wanted looked at and told them I've been to a suspension specialist and diagnosed the problem and wanted them to fix it. After taking 2 days off work I pick up my vehicle and get told what I already knew and that nothing was wrong with itand get charged $360! Now I'm left with a seriously unsafe vehicle to drive because I have no choice! Not happy at all will be taking this further! Avoid using this place unless you want to be mucked around!

Overall bad experience, got my car back uncleaned and a lot of muddy foot prints left on my floor mat! Customer service needs major overhaul!! However, the loan car was great though hence 1 star =))

Very unprofessional! I had a small issue with my Mazda cx3 - the istop sign started to flash orange, so I decided to bring it to the service for a check. After googling it turned out that my battery might need to be replaced and the price for the new battery should be 150-350 nzd. I have brought the car for service, explained the problem and mentioned that the battery might need to be replaced. They said, no problem, the price is 175 nzd. This sounded good so I have signed the form. The problem started when they contacted me and said that I need to pay 665 nzd extra for the battery. I needed my car for the weekend, so there was no choice for me but to agree. So I ended up with the 840 nzd total pay which is ridiculous! If they mentioned this sum in the beginning, I would laugh and try something else. So, because of the misinformation from their side I have overpaid at least 400 nzd. Donβt come to this service or you might get into a similar story!
