I would have given a 5 star rating to Mark and Anthony for their service. But the disappointment came from picking up my car, only having a quarter of a tank petrol sitting in the tank. It was a $33k vehicle ( near new ) I purchased off Mr Motors. I have owned over 10 cars in my lifetime. Never have I ever picked up a purchase vehicle with less than a full tank of gas.

I went here to get my car serviced for free under warranty, and it took them less than 10 minutes to do it. Then I went somewhere else for the next service date. They said the drain oil nut wasn't tightened properly and was leaking a lot of oil.This is not the right place to service valuable vehicle.

Disappointing experience with Mr. Motors after purchasing a Mazda from them in 2022. Within the first year, the engine light and low oil pressure warning came on. I was assured it was just an electrical sensor issue, which they supposedly fixed. The same warnings resurfaced within a year later, only for it to turn out this time to be a broken timing chain. It took nearly two months to diagnose the root cause, and the customer service during this time was shockingly unhelpful. I was eventually quoted for the fix but was told there was "no guarantee" that fixing the timing chain would resolve the low oil pressure issue. After considering their lack of confidence and communication, I ultimately decided it wasn't worth the risk or expense to proceed. Getting my car back was yet another ordeal. I handed it over with a running engine but got it back completely dead, leaving me with the extra hassle of arranging transport. The condescending communication throughout was frustrating, with poor communication and excuses. This was, without a doubt, the worst dealership/mechanical service experience I've ever had. I would not recommend Mr Motors' cars or Service Centre to anyone. The vehicle barely lasted two years; my gut feeling is they sold me a dud car!

be wary of this outfit, from the service manager keith outright lying about their warranty obligations, his rude condescending tone and complete lack of caring, to the sales department in mt wellington being of the same nature overall, this car yard is terrible and should be avoided. its buyer beware with this mob

Wow! What an experience! Keith, who is the receptionist/booking clerk is exceptional at being rude. Not only does he talk over and at you with an air of arrogance, his opinion, which is stated loudly, is clearly superior. Keith and his pattern of behaviour (which is identified in the multiple reviews and during my interactions with him) is really degrading. Also, a servicing record is a vital part of having a service and when this is not provided because 'zero-invoicing' is cited as the reason (which makes absolutely no sense and is not an excuse), it's just bad and lazy business practices.

Those guys are hilarious - working around the clock, amazing meet and greet approach, incredible customer service, great quality, good timekeeping (as per their appointments and volume of clients), great location, last but not least - hey they are doing their best to serve our expectations and standards. I can tell - they definitely are exceeded mine. Always happy coming in happy leaving and returning again.
