   My LDV D90 SUV has broken down, and despite the vehicle still being under warranty, none of the LDV service centres have taken responsibility. I called Winger Penrose twice to ensure they were aware that my vehicle would be towed to their service centre. However, when the tow truck arrived, the driver was informed that the vehicle was rejected and that the service centre claimed they were not aware of the booking. As a result, my vehicle has now been sitting at the tow company’s car park for over 10 days with no resolution. This situation reflects a serious lack of communication and accountability for a vehicle that is still under warranty, and I am seeking urgent assistance to have this matter resolved.

   Joke of a place in relation to making a booking for a vehicle inspection. Constantly chasing them with emails, texts and phone calls. Haven’t a clue on how to provide a quality service.

   Friendly staff with good service. Great facilities. Slightly annoyed my car went in at 10, and picked up at 415, just to tell me what the problem was and how ridiculously expensive it would be to change the part and for labour.

   The touch-up job was done but it was just a waste of time and effort. It looks like someone just used wite-out correction ink on the car. It’s far from ‘unnoticeable’ as they described before they did it, if anything, its more noticeable than the original scratch.
