   Last visit, I ask if I can buy a horn from any Toyota wrecking, the sales, 1st acting like he doesn't know what is a horn. When I show him the old part I have, then he start acting like he doesn't want to do the business and told me they don't have it, I said your wreck yard is full of toyotas and I can see them just hanging behind the front grills. Then he replied "I am out of workers and I am not going to remove it from the car." No more business with this wreck yard. And he is definitely a sales rep not the owner. I went to another wreck yard near by, the sales was very kind and helped me for a horn just $20 cash. Huge difference. If you want to do business must deal with a nice person. If I can give SE Auto Parts a -1 I will.

   Tried messaging Eason Hu on facebook to buy a part off him. Gave me the run around and keeps saying he will do something and then doesn't. Sent me his bank account for me to pay him for the part and I asked when I could pick up and all he said was " maybe this week, maybe next I dont know when I'll be free". DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS COMPANY

   Worst company to deal with, especially the employee Eason Hu. Have been mucked around for about a week now for a simple part. Definitely do not recommend wasting your time here.

   Have asked for pricing/availability multiple times on trademe listings and have not had a response. The latest listing I was one of five unanswered questions. What ever happened to customer service? Do you not want to sell anything?? Dissapointing.

   Why advertise on Trademe and have a huge sign saying you sell used and new tyres, yet I go in to ask for a tyre and you have no interest in helping me out! You legit have a Trademe listing stating you have the size I wanted...
