This is the first time though that I have been to them for repairs. I damaged my Dyson stick vacuum. It was a small repair and done while I waited without charge. Thank you. “Due to staff shortages wide across NZ, our tradie plumber confirmed about his visit and gave us very little time to organise a burner, we asked we need to pickup the burner after hours and Riesling Wang upon taking advise from her manager did a fantastic job by going over and beyond to keep us informed plus on top making the equipment available for the pickup even their after working hours. Now that’s what you call a SERVICE. I know you can’t ask this sort of service everytime but when you are stuck these people will help you with their great customer service.
