   I have a Samsung stick vacuum which had broken. I took it to Samsung to be repaired and they quoted me $465. I then took it into Clive Dicks and Ankit there was a huge help! He assured me it wouldn't cost $465, worked out the problem and sold me a part for $49!! Great service.

   Have a Hoover stick vac that is 10 years old. They were quick to respond with a quote to fix it via email (another place told me as it was discontinued so parts weren't available any more and did I want to trade it in...). Took the vacuum in and the team at Clive Dick's had the parts there that I needed - couldn't believe how easy and quick it was. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Been driving past this place for years. Would recommend popping in to see what they've got.

   Fantastic Service. This isn’t the first time I’ve used Clive Dicks. We bought a Sebo vacuum cleaner from them years ago which has been great. This is the first time though that I have been to them for repairs. I damaged my Dyson stick vacuum. It was a small repair and done while I waited without charge. Thank you. I can thoroughly recommend them for a fantastic range of vacuum cleaners and fabulous service.

   Have an old tallus, the R2D2 model, and about 20 years ago, when I first visited your shop, I asked if it was worth keeping, you suggested I keep it. As they "dont make vaccum cleaners like that tidy". Since then its only needed one new hose and new cord, and it's still going strong. It's now over 40 years old and still going strong. Thank you!

   Took our Dyson stick vacuum into the Clive Dick’s store today because it wasn’t working - was pulsing on and off and not sucking - and after a very quick look the salesperson/technician Ankit figured out exactly what was wrong, cleared the blockage and had it working perfectly again within minutes. And because it was so quick he waived the charge. Brilliant service. Thank you so much!

   We had the pleasure of being served by Pam. She was amazingly helpful and did everything she could to help us. There were some parts missing in our first purchase and, as we were in a hurry when getting the second purchase, physically put together a replacement for us to take away.    They should do a course on customer service. The guy I dealt with was not interested. This shop always had great customer service in the past but must have new owners now.My recommendation is to stay away I will be going to Godfreys from now on...who were also a lot cheaper.
