I bet you are they probably give themselves the stars. I stopped using them a couple of years ago hellish expensive and never fixed the problem. Went to the hairdresser today heard three terrible stories about this company l bet their ears were burning.
Not recommended. Poor communication , take a bond , then charge you further for in their words scrap metal disposal when the repair outweighs the cost of replacement .Last time I checked we got paid for our scrap metal collection . Had they been more clear from the start my insurance would have covered the repair as it was caused by a surge in power . Instead I did not have the chance to place a claim , got a bill for disposal .
I'm a bit flabbergasted by the 5 star reviews after our experience and it was the deciding factor on why we chose them over the competition. We booked just over a week ahead of the technician arriving and he was annoyed that we didn't have the dishwasher still plugged in. By chance we had a spare and weren't going to hand wash while we waited. He opted to take it back to their workshop where it stayed for nearly 3 weeks. No calls or updates during the repair, I repeatedly had to call for updates (weekly). The machine was repaired, quite costly but that's the luck of the draw I suppose. To top it off it was dropped off not completely assembled and grubby, if they grub up the appliance they should clean it, and reassembly was what I paid for. Won't be using them again.
Excellent service - they were on time, friendly, did the repair correctly, and very easy to organise the visit with the office prior. We had a blocked dishwasher, and it was correctly fixed in the one visit. I would use them again.

It's been 2 weeks in their workshop and still waiting to retrieve it. Fault easily identified, parts available within NZ . No dedicated technician onsite permanently, field servicing keeps them away.

Phoned regarding my washing machine as it not going. They advised me it rather old 11yrs and may not be able to get parts. They were going to check availability & get back to me but didn't. I ordered a new machine from a shop
Great customer service, honest, reliable and friendly. Job assessed, and then quickly completed once parts arrived a few days later. This was not my first time using Warkworth Whiteware and I would definitely use them again should the need arise.
