Really pleased with service we received. After a quick diagnosis they found the fault with my coffee machine, ordered the part and had it repaired inside the timeframe they suggested. Recommend seeing what they can do before throwing out your appliance!
We brought our coffee machine in 8/30/23. We messaged back and forth via email regarding an update on the repair, only to be finally told in April of 2024 that it had been fixed last year august. It is simply not good enough! We went un-notified for 8 months! We were only told it was fixed after telling them we would like to take it elsewhere, after waiting 8 months with little to no updates. We will definitely not be back!!
My Parlux hairdryer died over Christmas weekend. With the muggy weather in Auckland I was a bit worried about how I would get my hair sorted. Really didn’t want to take out money at this stage for a good hairdryer. I was contacted the next day to inform me that they’ll be able to fix it and I could pick it up before New Year’s Eve. Very happy with the amazing service! Thank you really appreciated it!
Dropped my mixer off to be repaired 3 weeks ago and was told they would call me with a quote. I heard nothing so went back in today and my mixer was sitting on the floor. No apology, no explanation, just “we haven’t touched it yet”. Very poor customer service. I took it to get repaired elsewhere.
Its saddening to hear that the technician had a back injury but we were given a date by which our coffee machine will be ready. Communication is essential for a good business and this is what brings customers back. Sadly, we did not receive any info about this and are desperately decafeinated. Other customers may find themselves in a similar situation.
Took my very old Kenwood mixer in to the clever man at this repair shop (he should be called The Takapuna Treasure) and he replaced the gears to get it up and running like new. Ever so grateful and worth every cent of the modest charge to fix.
I was upset with this service. I fixed my clipper at this place. But they made another trouble with a power button and totally worse. Actually It is not working right now and shaking too much even making some noise and just turned off by itself. I payed money to fix it tho. When I turned it on, I thought that is working again, but it was turned off slowly by itself. Because they did not put it together. It had just battery problem at the bottom of the machine before, quite worked well and never had a trouble with other parts. If they are expert they would not have made such mistakes. I wasted my money and my time at this place.
Failed to repair a Breville coffee machine due to no pressure. On bringing it back for warranty repair, I was told “It was repaired to Breville’s electric and maintenance standards, call Breville.” “You can remove the replacement new parts for your next coffee machine.” ....... wasting my time and money.
I bought an electric lint remover from this company online. Called up to ask a question, and they were super friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond and added a lint brush to the purchase free of charge, and found the best shipping method to get it to me. Could not recommend Service House more! Thank you!
