just went there to get some parts, great customer service and very friendly people. Great place for all commercial cooking equipment.
Good quality products and reliable but extremely poor customer service by lady sales person.
Worst customer service I have ever experienced. The girl inside talked to me like she didn't have anytime for me nor even wanted to hear what I was inquiring on. Only statement from her "you bought it for us?? If not than no help". I hope she understands that not all business starts with parts bought from them... it's called conversion and upselling. I don't recommend them at all for any new or old business
Front staff is so unfriendly( quite rude) not helpful at all. Their used to have Front friendly staff, helpful and good sellers but not now, didn't even try to help that I was told before I went this afternoon and it was very true. Very disappointed!!!!
Only good place for commercial kitchen equipment
Due to staff shortages wide across NZ, our tradie plumber confirmed about his visit and gave us very little time to organise a burner, we asked we need to pickup the burner after hours and Riesling Wang upon taking advise from her manager did a fantastic job by going over and beyond to keep us informed plus on top making the equipment available for the pickup even their after working hours. Now that’s what you call a SERVICE. I know you can’t ask this sort of service everytime but when you are stuck these people will help you with their great customer service. Keep it up, long way to go !!!!!!! All the very best Team @LKK-Henderson

You better never buy anything in this shop, the lowest quality in the market, you will have to pay the triple trying to fix it afte a few months of use!!! the costumer service is the same quantity of their equipment
this company does not stand behind is work or products. if anything goes wrong they will deny and responsibility and there speaking of english will deteriorate . beware.
I know nothing about this business but I do know they have a lot to learn about customer service and how to train their drivers. I reported a driver in one of their vans for blatantly going through 2 red lights in a company van. I emailed to complain about this selfish driver who obviously has no concern for any others using the roads but himself! 3 weeks later I am still to get a response!
