   Great store. Nice and helpful staff. Clothing buy one get one free today. Shame about the lack of car parking on the street. I hope it doesn’t lose too much custom with the recent change to bus parking only.

   I visited this store for the first time earlier this week, and was very surprised by how large it was, and even more surprised by how well everything was presented. The staff I interacted with were very lovely. They've done a great job with keeping the store tidy. Unfortunately I couldn't find the shelves I was after, but a team member gave me a great recommendation for another opshop nearby. I will definitely return - and also research in advance where to park. There are only a few spaces in front, which were full when we first arrived. By the time we drove back around there was a free spot, but I'm not sure if we'd be so lucky on a weekend.

   Messy, overpriced, not worth visiting. Pricing is just too dang steep. I understand its for a good cause. Pricing doesn't reflect the quality price of the items. Cold reception.

   Staff here are picky with who they are nice too. Stand in the way of customers when they are trying to shop, have massive conversations with their friends and also scold other workers in front of you - in the way and don't try to move. Staff will prioritize picking up newly donated items to gawk at over serving the line of customers it's as if they don't want your money. This is not an opportunity shop. This is a wannabe boutique with average items. Train staff better.. No 'humanity' here.

   Staff are always very welcoming and helpful. The main 2 ladies are always cheerful, cheeky and fun along with their helpfulness. I appreciate the patience and kindness they show towards the volunteer workers. This is my favourite op shop and when I retire I am hoping to volunteer time at Henderson branch within the next 2 years. God Bless your good work

   i think the old lady here is racist she told me one set of drawers was sold but i come in a few weeks later its still stilling there! just because im an islander you think i cant afford it ? i just spent 400 in the store! you need to get better workers in here they are killing the brand but the goods are reasonably price shame on you!
