   I just bought a gas hob from Fotile last weekend via their WeChat customer service. Today they delivered the gas hob and my gas installer told me this is not the correct gas hob because it’s designed for natural gas, not LPG. Fotile would not let me return this for full price. It is completely unused and my installer just cut open the box. They wanted to charge 10% if I want a refund and refused to replace it with a new LPG version. They told me because the box is open they can only replace it with an old one, they can source one for me. So please be aware when you buy from them. I called Consumer Protection and Consumer Protection informed me this is unfit for purpose and they should have asked if my house uses natural gas or LPG, which they did not. This is deceiving and misleading to the customer but they refused to put this right. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

   I brought the Fotile 9009 from here three monthes ago. It is functioning well and this place has great after-service thanks to the attentiveness of Sam and his wife. This is are reliable and professional, I highly recommend them.
