The service was warm, polite & hospitable. A huge selection of goods at various prices made it fun to shop & ease of choice. “Pak n Save is handy for a quick shop and I have never found it to be super busy even at the weekend. The produce is good and I like the size selection in the bakery section. It's got a cover over the car park so Great for not getting wet when packing”

“Just had the best service (and yummy meal, as always). There was a small error in the kitchen with my GF pizza, and it had to be remade. They were so apologetic, and even gave me a free dessert! I was more than happy to wait, and didn't expect anything free, but was so touched by the offer and incredibly impressed by the service. We will definitely be back! I was also very impressed at how careful they were with cross contamination. Would recommend for anyone with allergies, particularly GF, they take them seriously!!”

“I went into farmers to purchase an arrangement of gifts for a friend going through a hard time, I was in the makeup/skincare section. My mum asked the lovely girl at the checkout where the slippers were - she was very sweet and prompt to show us where they were. I got my things and went to checkout, first i’d like to compliment Nea’s mannerisms, she was very polite and very prompt with her scanning/packaging. More so I want to say my appreciation for her compliment on my voice, she said I have a nice voice - a compliment I’ve never received before but it really made my day and has left an impression. My room on the 26th level offered amazing views of the city the perfect backdrop for a relaxing getaway. When I checked in, In my room I was welcomed with a complimentary glass bottle and some delicious chocolates, which was such a nice surprise! The room itself was super spacious and spotlessly clean. The bed? Absolutely comfy! I had some of the best sleep I've had in a while, thanks to the cozy bedding. Let’s talk breakfast! The buffet was fantastic. There was so much to choose from, but I have to give a shoutout to the chef for frying my eggs just right and whipping up an omelette that was simply delicious. It really set the tone for a great day. The staff here were friendly and helpful, always there when I needed something. Plus, the hotel is in a prime location, making it easy to explore the area. Overall, my stay at the James Cook Hotel Grand Chancellor was fantastic. I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfy and enjoyable place to stay in the city.”
